1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of nMotion and Rampage Energy are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Entry Rules

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form through the designated Rampage Energy landing page. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 07/07/25 and ends on 08/08/25 at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be submitted before the closing date to be considered.

4. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

$500 (USD) cash

One (1) exclusive Rampage swag bag (contents undisclosed)

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for other items.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and contacted via email or phone within five (5) days after the giveaway closes. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, participants grant nMotion and Rampage Energy the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and website usage, without additional compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected through this giveaway will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared with third parties. You may receive occasional promotional emails or SMS messages from Rampage Energy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

nMotion and Rampage Energy are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failures or issues that may prevent entry submission. By participating, entrants release nMotion, Rampage Energy, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability arising from the giveaway.

9. General Conditions

nMotion reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason. Any changes will be posted to this page.
